An alternative route to Hiroshima from Osaka/Kyoto is one going through rural countryside with lush green mountains and a river winding through the valley just as it has done for hundreds of years.
Instead of jetting through the concrete cities, why don’t you slow your pace down for a few days and experience life in the rustic hot spring town of Yunogo and try your hand at some traditional Japanese arts and activities in and around Kifu no Sato Ryokan.
For our luxury tour guests, we offer direct shuttle service from either Okayama Airport or Kansai International Airport to Kifu no Sato ryokan.

Climate
The general climate of the north Okayama region is moderate, with August reaching daytime highs of approximately 30-35°C (86-95°F) with high humidity and Jan-Feb lows of 5-10°C (41-50°F) though mostly dry and sunny. Okayama Prefecture has earned its nickname “Hare no Kuni” (the land of sunshine) because it records more sunshine days than any other part of Japan. It is difficult to recommend any one season because every month of the year offers something unique and different to the visitor and this is reflected in the moods, décor and ambience of Kifu no Sato.
