In mid-August, the autumn season begins to hear. At our ryokan, from September 1st, we will welcome you with an Autumn Kaiseki course. “Shunsai Kaiseki Standard” offers a menu of 9 dishes that including Matsutake mushrooms, with “Specially selected Wagyu Beef Miso Yaki”. So, We hope you enjoy our autumn seafood as well.
